Hidy Ochiai's Washin-Ryu Karate-Do of Albany is the official branch school of Washin-Ryu Karate-Do in New York's Capital District. For over twenty years, we have provided instruction in the art-sport of traditional Japanese karate (empty hand self-defense) through regular classes, special demonstrations in schools, and at special community events. We have a record of service to children, people with disabilities, and charitable organizations.
