All Ranks Class

White thru Black belt

All levels welcome, from new students to advanced. Classes are varied with the study of kata, self-defense techniques, weapons and kumite (sparring).

Advanced Class:

Brown & Black belt

Reserved for black & brown belts only. Training focuses on advanced kata and technique.

* Children’s After-School Karate Program:

After-school karate program for grades K-5. The program runs year round. During the school year classes are held at Daisy Ingraham Elementary School in Westbrook from 3:30~4:30pm. During the summer months classes are held at the Teresa Mulvey Building in Westbrook from 4:00~5:00pm.
