As in previous semesters, classes are 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays at the Park Center at SUNY-Cortland.

New students need only dress in comfortable workout clothes. Men will need groin protection.

As per SUNY-Cortland requirements, classes cost $75 per semester, payable to SUNY-Cortland.
