To all the register guests for Hidy Ochiai’s 45th Anniversary Banquet,
As you may know the Binghamton University Center is being used to care for community members who have been dislaced by the catastrophoc flooding last week. As a result we have had to change the location of the banquet.
It will be a beautiful outdoor dinner in a 5400 square foot heated tent on a stunningly beautiful piece of property owned by Robert Adams, who is a member of Hidy Ochiai’s Board of Directors. We will have full valet parking and shuttle carts to care for our guests.
The Banquet Schedule Remains The Same, Only the Location Has Changed
Now, the banquet will be held at 795 Jones Road, Vestal, NY.

9:15 PM ” The One and The Only” door prize winner will receive a framed brush painting (calligraphy) by Master Ochiai
The Reception hosted by Hidy Ochiai on Friday evening at Kampai will be held as planned from 5:00 to 6:30 PM for all Honorary Chairs and sponsors.
