Beginning October 20, 2020, in-person instruction will resume for current students as a limited trial. At this time we are unable to accommodate new students.
Karate classes will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Saturday classes will not resume yet. Class fees will remain:
- $60 per month for all available karate classes, or
- $25 per karate class.
Cardio-Kickboxing classes will be held at 7:15 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Saturday classes will not resume yet. Class fees will remain:
- $35 per month for all available karate classes, or
- $15 per karate class.
Until further notice, classes will be phyiscally-distanced, non-contact, and no-partner group practice of katas and drills.
In keeping with CDC and NYS guidance, masks must be worn when entering the dojo, and at all times in the dojo.
At this time we are unable to accommodate new students or visitors.
If any of the following are true we ask that you do not attend in-person classes.
- you have a body temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or greater, a new cough, new loss of taste or smell, or shortness of breath within the past 10 days;
- in the past 10 days, you tested positive for COVID-19 (10 days from the date of the test) using a test that tested saliva or used a nose or throat swab (not a blood test);
- in the past 14 days, you have been, to the best of your knowledge, in close contact (within 6 feet) with someone who – at the time – was diagnosed with COVID-19; or
- in the past 14 days, you traveled internationally or returned from a state identified by New York State as having widespread community transmission of COVID-19 (other than just passing through the restricted state for less than 24 hours).
